Ok this is for those who have the OTA radio (version 2.xxx.xxx) Yes this is actual Froyo 2.2 with working 8 meg camera and 720p video recorder. I will be refining this as time goes on. Almost everything is included in this rom minus HTC Lockscreen and Sense Launcher and the Sense widgets. I will be making changes and posting a changelog here.

JagerROM “OTA”
JagerRom1.8ota is for those who have flashed the leaked ota update that gives you 720p video recording among other items. This custom Rom must be flashed on a radio that is from the OTA update. If you are not sure what your radio is click Menu>Settings>About Phone> Software Information>Baseband Version this should be 2.05.00.06.11 . If it is not then do not Flash this rom as the camera and video recorder will be broken. You can see what apps come stock on the rom. The mail is K-9 mail and the SMS is Handcent. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. ***REMEMBER TO WIPE***

Jager ROM ”Vanilla”
1.7.4 Released 7/7/10
JagerRom 1.7.4 has almost all of the HTC Sense removed and includes Handcent and K9mail. Most apps can be d/l from market if needed. From the home screen you will need to click menu>settings>connect to PC> and uncheck the ask me box to get the option to change from charge only to disk drive.

Jager ROM (With Sense) AKA “Chocolate”
Jager ROM (With Sense) 1.0 comes with Sense but also offers the ability to kill it (not fully) and run QuickDesk, LauncherPro Prehome, or Sense instead. You can also play AVI movies. This ROM is overclocked and undervolted (hydra/ejhart) pre-loaded with AndChat, Astro, DropBox, Gesture Search (FTW), Google Sky, K-9 Mail, My Tracks, Pandora, Radar Now, ROM Manager, Scanner Radio, Shazaam, Speed Test, Sports Tap, Google Voice, Wireless Tethering, and a great music getting app (legit).

JagerROM 1.6.1 . . . does this include a fik for PC connectivity? With 1.6, can’t mount the sdacdr/storage or connect as HTC Sycn, I assume wired tethering is broken too.

The Froyo build is nice but each time I hang up after a call I get a network error saying that the message could not be downloaded. There is no message to download,so I am not exactly sure why it is doing this.

I just tried the Chocolate rom and no matter what I do, when I try to flash it, it says no space on device. I wiped first and my SD card has over 2GB free.
Just seems to fail at writing /boot. Booted it anyways and it seems to be working.

The option to use as a disk is not there in 1.6.2
Backed Up ROM.
Wiped/Reset Data.
Cleared Cache.
Installed Vanilla ROM.
Rebooted via quickboot to recovery.
Installed Hydra Kernel.
New Vanilla ROM without Sense has been running perfect for me. I am running your rom along side hydra’s 1.13 kernel with wireless N and it’s a beautiful thing very stable so far.
i love this rom but handcent popups happen way before it rings and then it leaves the reminder there after i already answered
Several issues I have noticed day one. By removing the primary messaging app and including handcent you have left both notifications operational so I get a double notification. Please leave the factory messaging intact or include a link to an apk. 2nd because the phone has a special version of visual voice mail installed you may want to include in the notes that you can not even download visual voice mail because it tells you to use the version in your phone. I have had the phone full lock on me 3 times today all of which while using handcent not sure if it is actually handcents fault. This is all using the vanilla version. I may switch to chocolate.
Just cant seem to get the GPS Nav to work. Cant stop it from searching, never had this issue with the stock rom. Curious if this is something that can be fixed on my end or an update?

was looking for launch.apk to find them like in vanilla roms, but Im all set now.
